The ArtLinks partners in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford are pleased to announce that they are currently accepting applications for the ArtLinks Bursary Awards 2016.
ArtLinks is a partnership of the four Local Authority Arts Offices in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford. It is supported by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon. ArtLinks provides professional development opportunities and supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in the four partner local authority areas in the South East region.
Artists must be a member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports. Membership is free and is open to both Professional and Emerging Artists who are resident within the four partner Local Authorities. If you are not already a member click the link to register for membership today, the application forms and guidelines are available to download from here for those already registered.
Please note that that it normally takes 48 hours minimum during the working week (Monday to Friday) to get clients approved for registration.
Artlinks Bursary applicants 2016 must have applied for and have had their registration approved on or before 5pm on Monday 8th February 2016 to be eligible to apply for Artlinks Bursaries 2016.
Bursaries are available in the following areas:
Emerging Artist Award (for those commencing a career in the arts sector)
Professional Development Award (for professional artists)
Collaborative Award (for collaborative projects between ArtLinks members)
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is
Friday 12th February 2016 at 12noon.
