ArtLinks Bursaries 2019 are now LIVE!

BURSARIES NOW LIVE

The ArtLinks partners in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford are pleased to announce that they are currently accepting applications for the ArtLinks Bursary Awards 2019.

Artists must be a member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports. Membership is free and is open to both Professional and Emerging Artists who are resident within the four partner Local Authorities.
If you are not already a member you can register on www.artlinks.ie/register

Registered members can access further details by logging in and clicking on ‘Application Forms’ on the main menu.

Bursaries are available in the following areas:

  • Emerging Artist Award (for those commencing a career in the arts sector)
  • Professional Development Award (for professional artists)
  • Collaborative Award (for collaborative projects between ArtLinks members)

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Monday 21th January 2019 at 4pm.

 

Please note:

Membership activation takes a minimum of three business days. To avoid delay please fully complete all fields in the registration form.

If you wish to apply for an Artlinks Bursary Award you must have applied for and have had your registration approved before 5.00pm on Monday 14th January 2019 to be eligible to apply.

This year the Artlinks partners are pleased to announce that €55,000 in bursaries has been awarded to support artists by the Artlinks partnership of local authorities Arts Offices in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford.

This initiative, supported by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon provides professional development opportunities and supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in these four counties in the South East region.The Arts Offices would like to thank everyone who applied and look forward to the successful recipients undertaking their projects, mentoring, courses and workshops.

Artists who are resident within the four partner Local Authorities can register for membership free of charge on www.artlinks.ie

Bursaries available for Waterford Artists

The Arts Office of Waterford City & County Council has announced that applications are currently open to attend The Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig, the artists’ workplace in County Monaghan during 2017. Artists in all disciplines can avail of residential stays during 2017 to work on specific artistic projects. 

The closing date for receipt of applications is 12 noon on Monday 8th May 2017.

The Artlinks partners of the Arts Offices of Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford local authorities are pleased to announce that over €50,000 in bursaries has been awarded to artists by Artlinks. The partners gratefully acknowledge the ongoing support of the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon.

These awards will enable both emerging and established artists who are resident in the four partner counties in the South East region to access professional development opportunities across all art forms.

The Artlinks Arts Officers would like to thank all those who took the time to make submissions. Details of Artlinks mentoring and forthcoming workshop opportunities will be posted on this site throughout the year.

The Arts Offices of Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford Local Authorities are pleased to announce the awarding of their annual bursary support to artists of over €50,000.

Artlinks is an initiative of the Arts Offices in these partner counties which is supported by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon to facilitate professional development opportunities for artists in their communities and across all artistic disciplines.

ArtLinks provides professional development opportunities and supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in the four partner local authority areas in the South East region.

Artists must be a member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports. Membership is free and is open to both Professional and Emerging Artists who are resident within the four partner Local Authorities. If you are not already a member click the link to register for membership today, the application forms and guidelines are available to download from here for those already registered.

Please note that that it normally takes 48 hours minimum during the working week (Monday to Friday) to get clients approved for registration.
Artlinks Bursary applicants 2016 must have applied for and have had their registration approved on or before 5pm on Monday 8th February 2016 to be eligible to apply for Artlinks Bursaries 2016.

The closing date for receipt of Bursary Award Applications for the ArtLinks Programme is:

Thursday 5th  February 2015 at 4pm.

Artists interested in applying for an ArtLinks Bursary can download the application forms and guidelines here: http://www.artlinks.ie/application-forms.

You MUST be a registered member of ArtLinks to make an application for an Award. 

There are three bursary programmes open to members of ArtLinks.

  • Emerging Artist Award (for those commencing a career in the arts sector)
  • Professional Development Award (for professional artists)
  • Collaborative Award(for collaborative projects between ArtLinks members)

Artists must be a Member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports.  Membership is free and is open to both Professional and Emerging Artists who are resident within the four partner Local Authorities.

The closing time for ArtLinks member registrations in advance of the bursary programme deadline is 3rd February 2015. Member registrations received after this time may not be processed in time for preparation of a Bursary application.
