Developing a Marketing Plan for your Artistic Business - Wexford

Programme Overview: 

This session provides you with an overview into develop a marketing plan for your business. The session is designed to provide you with insights and tips, using best practice examples to enable you to:

  • Better understand the environment in which you operate
  • Identify your audiences
  • Define what you have to offer your market
  • Develop your message for your customer
  • Define the marketing channels you will use to reach your customers
  • Create awareness of your business online
  • Measure the success of your marketing activity

This event will be delivered as an informal presentation with the opportunity for your queries to be answered by an industry specialist in arts/cultural consultancy, marketing and web marketing. Participants will be provided with a presentation covering all aspects of the session post event.

Trainer Biography:

Karan Thompson is the Director of KTCL a consultancy practice providing services for the arts, culture, creative industries and tourism sectors. Karan has been a specialist cultural and marketing mentor for Fáilte Ireland since 2007. She is currently a board member of Visual Centre for Contemporary Art, Carlow, interim project manager for Years 2015 and Project and Communication Manager and mentor for the ArtLinks Programme.
