Programme Overview:

Specifically designed for artists and arts managers this programme is intended to provide you with the tools necessary to understand sources of funding, with a view to writing winning applications and maximising your opportunity for grant success, and exploring ways in which you can develop funding streams to suit you specific artistic project.

Designed as a participative workshop, Annette Clancy will take you on a learning journey to plot their own path through the funding landscape for the arts in Ireland.

Trainer Biography:

Annette Clancy is an organisational development specialist with over 16 years experience of consulting to organisations in the cultural sector.  Prior to establishing her consultancy practice, Annette was artistic director of Garter Lane Arts Centre.  She also worked with Rough Magic Theatre Company, the Dublin Theatre Festival and the Soho Theatre Company (London).   

Annette specialises in strategy development; in the design and management of creative consultation processes, and in coaching senior executives to manage change and workplace relationships.  In addition she has extensive experience of the design and delivery of cultural programming; sectoral changing initiatives; artist and management training.
